Privacy

Privacy that sounds human

Footilix should feel useful, not creepy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.
Plain-English promise
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep collection narrow and practical: security, reliability, support, and product improvement.
You can ask for export or deletion without playing hide-and-seek.

What we may collect

If you sign in, we may store account identifiers needed to run your profile and preferences.

We may also store guest or device-level identifiers for abuse prevention, rate limiting, and reliability.

Analytics and crash diagnostics are limited to helping us understand what broke, what slowed down, and what users actually use. Where consent or opt-in applies, we respect that setting.

If you contact us, we keep the details needed to reply and handle the ticket responsibly.

Why we use it

The short version: to keep Footilix running, keep it safe, and keep it improving.

That includes preventing abuse, stabilizing launches, debugging failures, understanding performance, and replying to support, export, or deletion requests.

We only share data with service providers when it is necessary to operate Footilix, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email, or crash reporting.

Your controls

You can request account export or deletion from the signed-in flow, or use the public deletion page at https://ftb-ai.vercel.app/account/delete.

You can also contact us directly for privacy requests. We would rather make this straightforward than bury it in legal language.
